Reduce plastic in 2010: the cost of takeout

Remember how back a few months ago I stopped taking plastic containers for takeout?  Well, here are more reasons to stop taking out takeout.

  • Most takeout is in styrofoam, which takes forever to decompose.
  • Resources are wasted on plastic utensils, wooden chopsticks, containers, and bags.
  • Cooking in has its own awesome benefits and doesn’t have to be a big production.
