Can JoCo write a song that JoCo can’t sing?

Evidently! I saw JoCo at Antone’s last night, where Paul and Storm tantalizingly told us the name of JoCo’s winning Song Fu entry, but which he refused to play, citing impossibility to do so. The concert is during SXSW, but it wasn’t officially a SXSW venue. Semantics, I know.  But sadly, the third tan-sharpei-yelling musketeer [...]

SXSW Screenburn, JoCo, and brains

The former two rotted the latter.
So tired. But happy.
Great concert by JoCo at Emo’s after the SXSW Web Awards. But please people: give the man a longer set! The place cleared out after he went off the stage. Tee hee.

The Sneeze.com’s mysterious face

I love that site. Treebrains? Green monster? Seriously. It doesn’t get much better.
Here’s what I think the face is all about.

MC Chris and JoCo

Balls! I missed MC Chris at Alamo this weekend. One of these days, Alice, pow! I’m gonna have a routine down. A sweet, sweet routine in which I know when Alamo’s schedule and the Chronicle are published, and which sweet shops carry them. I will have a schedule, if you [...]

Nerdcore tattoos

Ultimate nerdy hardcore. Sweet.

Um… I don’t know which crack this is, but I’m impressed and fearful simultaneously.

Skulls >= Hearts

I think maybe if every heart in every pattern were converted to a skull, more knit and crochet patterns would be palatable. By me.
Like this one. If it used the skull pattern (below), I think it could rock pretty hard. I mean, it’s already cute, and the hearts aren’t that bad. [...]
